Benefits for the venue

Stop revenue leakage

Every drink and dish is logged against a table and a waiter, so what is served is billed.

Know your numbers live

Sales, open tabs, top items and staff performance on your phone, from anywhere.

Less cash, faster closing

Mobile money and wallet payments reconcile automatically — no night-time counting.

Happier, faster staff

Orders go straight to kitchen and bar; digital tips reach staff fairly.

Guests who return

Loyalty points, offers and bookings turn one-time visitors into regulars.

Easier bank credit

A verified digital sales history supports loans and overdrafts from the partner bank.

Manager journey

A Friday night with TabTrack

  1. 5pm — Manager assigns tables to waiters in the app and briefs the team.
  2. 8pm — Rush hour: orders flow to kitchen and bar; the dashboard shows which tables wait longest.
  3. 11pm — Groups split bills on their phones; tabs close without disputes.
  4. 1am — Closing report is ready: cash, mobile money and wallet reconciled, tips allocated.

Sample payment journey

One night at Kilele Rooftop Lounge

  1. Step 1

    Guest tops up wallet

Neema moves TZS 150,000 from her bank app into her free TabTrack wallet. The money stays at the partner bank as a deposit.

  2. Step 2

    Table tab closes

Her group's bill is TZS 120,000; she pays her share of TZS 40,000 in one tap from the wallet.

  3. Step 3

    Fee is taken automatically

1% = TZS 400 goes to TabTrack; the partner bank keeps its agreed share of that fee.

  4. Step 4

    Venue is settled

TZS 39,600 lands in the lounge's bank account the same day, matched to table 12.

  5. Step 5

    Monthly subscription

On the 1st, the lounge's TZS 180,000 Pro subscription is debited from the same bank account.

Deposits stay in the bank

Guests transfer money into their TabTrack wallet held at the bank, so balances sit as deposits until spent.

What TabTrack earns

Venue subscriptions, ~1% on online and wallet payments, and small wallet and membership fees.
